EcoTechnilin makes a splash in Frankfurt

EcoTechnilin made a big impact when presenting its new range of Natural Fibre products at Techtextil, Frankfurt this month. The standard Fibrelin, needlepunch range, as used by most major automotive OEMs, has now been complemented by Fibrelin Lite materials, produced using an Airlay process. EcoTechnilin also showed off its new Fibrelin Ultra: a composite comprising a cork core sandwiched between two sheets of Natrual fibre mat.

EcoTechnilin is the newly-formed company resulting from the merger between Technilin, Eco-Mats and Eco-Composites. This now allows EcoTechnilin to offer a wide range of materials and processes, unique in Europe. With two needelpunch lines, one airlay line and a R&D facility, the company can propose complete natural fibre solutions to a wide range of industries.
