Our Company

Our facilities include 2 non-woven mat production lines and 2 R&D facilities.

In Northern France, our factory uses a carding and cross-lapping process to form non-woven mats; they are then consolidated using a needlepunch process. Our French R&D centre, near Amiens, focuses on innovations using needle-punch technology and material characterisation.

Our UK R&D facility, near Cambridge, is actively developing and testing new natural fibre materials using both thermoplastic and thermoset binders to ensure that we continue to offer the most up-to-date natural fibre solutions.
