Doug Spinney has 27 years of experience in agriculture and the first stage of food processing. In 2003 he established Wellgrain Limited which has traded profitably for six years while continuing to grow. In 2005 he installed his first natural fibre mat-laying line... the purchase of the Technilin factory in France has boosted capacity to 7000 tonnes per annum.
